Wedding planning family nightmares

Hey there everybody! So I recently got engaged and my DF and I are planning two ceremonies - one overseas where she's from and one here in CA where we both live. The planning has been difficult since my BIL travels 250 days a year or so for business and is driving me nuts with the wedding planning. However my DF and I are kinda laughing it off since wedding planning is stressful enough and I'd rather not go nuts with this added craziness.

So I am reaching out to you all...share your "My family is crazy" or "WHAT IN THE WORLD KIND OF BEHAVIOR IS THAT?!?!?!" story from your wedding planning or wedding itself so we can all just wonder what's up with the "Others."
