We rode BTM !!!!

We were in DLP last week (12th - 16th) and were gutted when we found out that BTM was due to open on 17th as it was closed last year when we were there as well.

However all week we saw signs that it would be opening soon - empty trains going round/ cast member testing etc then on Thursday we struck lucky.
We were just walking past when they had opened it for a short period for testing - only one more group of 2 got through the gate after us before they closed the gate again.
Then on Friday we managed to ride it again - we weren't sure if it was open fully but suspect it was just in smaller time periods again as the wait time showed 40 mins and Im sure it would be longer than that if it was fully open

We were just so happy to have ridden it once so the 2nd time was a real bonus.

Wow that was lucky! I saw on InsideDLParis fb page that they gave out a souvenir newspaper to riders on opening day, what a nice touch. Can't wait to ride this again next year.

I think half the park rushed over on the Wednesday when it started up, but it turned out to be cast members only all day.

So how was it....was it very noticeably different??

I rode it on Saturday twice and I also go the newspaper memento (to be framed soon!) as I was among the first to ride on Saturday after the re-opening cerimony. Unfortunately on Sunday I was at the loading gate when the attraction broke down (and then remained closed all day).
It's still the same attraction, meaning that it's still the best attraction of the park and hands down the best version in the world. But now all colours are more vivid and the last lift has the new effects that are brilliant. A masterpiece just got better.
