Actually, there is an indoor theme park in Abu Dhabi themed around Warner Brothers IP like DC and Looney Tunes. Personally, I'd love to go one day because I still think the only possible character that could even try to compete with Mickey Mouse is Bugs Bunny, but Six Flags isn't doing it here in the US. I personally love the Looney Tunes characters (in fact Daffy is probably my favorite cartoon character including Disney ones) and I feel like there could be a really solid theme park built around WB IP that utilizes Bugs in a similar way Disney handles Mickey, but honestly, the timeframe for this is closing because WB just isn't committed to building a following around the Looney Tunes anymore and eventually kids will grow up not even knowing who Bugs Bunny is.
Universal was actually going to build a Looney Tunes land in Islands of Adventure, and Steven Speilberg was supposed to work on a Tiny Toons area, but the negotiations with WB broke down. There is concept art online for it as well that you can find.
