Trying to book Magical Express on the DVC website

Hi all! I am trying to book magical express for some guest on the DVC website. There are only two guests, both on the same flight. I have entered all the info and yet the submit button will not let me hit and submit. Any thoughts? I am on indefinite hold with Member Services right now, but was hoping y'all could help. Thanks!
