Toppings for soft serve?

We brought toppings for the soft serve on our first cruise, and ended up on the last night using them just so we didn't feel like it was a waste to have brought them. There was so much to eat, that we didn't have a sense of missing out by not making sundaes. (And it was more convenient to just grab a cone as you were passing through if you wanted a snack than to go to your room to get the toppings.) We haven't brought toppings since then.
