I got this from Eating Expectantly, but you can eat it if you're not expecting. :) This is a wonderful quick bread with 5 different fruits and vegetables. It's really good with cream cheese.

1/2 cup each white flour, whole wheat flour, and wheat germ
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp each ginger and cloves
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup molasses
1/2 cup crushed pineapple in juice, drained well
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup each grated carrot and zucchini
1/2 cup raisins

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix all dry ingredients except sugar. Combine remaining ingredients in separate bowl. Add dry ingredients to liquid; stir until just combined.

Pour in greased 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake 50-60 minutes.
