When does DVCFan think that the borrowing restrictions will end?

Realized I should post together after I kept adding:

• If they could adjust point charts in any manner they chose what are the top 3 changes they would make?
• If they could add a single benefit to direct DVC (keeping in mind it has to be paid for out of the sales) what would it be?
• Do they think DVC APs will come back or will DVC change it to something like a length of stay ticket with a discount?
• Would they agree to higher increases on MFs (extra $0.25/point) if it meant rooms were refreshed more often?
• Do they prefer DVC only resorts or is the hybrid cash/DVC better in their eyes (split costs vs DVC being primary focus group of resort management)?

Speculation on Maintenance Fees re: potential credit from 2020. FWIW - not expecting much if anything (own @ BLT) but you would think it would be substantial for GVC owners.

Good one !!!! Did they have any Covid infections on site ? And what is the Disney policy if a guest develop Covid 19 infection after a visit to WDW. A number to call ?
