It's The Day Before Friday!!

DS18 went to college orientation last night...all by himself. Saw some old friends, made some new ones. Is this the same kid who was full of angst last week? COMPLETE 180! Motivated, animated So happy it's all going well right now!

Now if he could just find someone to HIRE HIM!!

DS22 was out the other night with the college crowd, and ended up in a place with a girl I work with. She is working at the hosp while in school, and is in the med tech program, so she ended up in my dept. SOOOO, what does my DS22 say? They were talking about mamas, and he says "I LOVE MY MOM!" And that was BEFORE he knew that she worked with me...how funny is that!

My list for today:

Caffeinate...This repeats everyday

Joanns for a return

Make for dinner

Pack a plate for work

Good morning!!! It's Thursday--WOOHOOOOOO!! Almost Friday, hang on everyone! Deb, you must be SO proud of your boys--they sound like great young men!

Here's my list for today:

1. Up--overslept, but oh well
2. Caffeinate
3. Pack lunches
4. DS's stuff together
5. DS up
6. DS to mom's
7. Work
8. Pick up DS
9. Laundry (always!!)
10. House stuff
11. Fish sticks or scrambled eggs for dinner
12. Go to sleep sort of early!!

DS9 bus @ 710a
older kids out the door at 725a
nap (was up off/on all night but that was because I was thinkin' about all that needs done today) til 930a
empty dishwasher
straighten dining room
clean my bed room
shred papers
go thru scrap area and put things into nice piles for move this weekend (need to be organized to be productive next Monday)
pick up elem kids @ 210p
DD home by 2:25pm (college classes start next week for her so only 3 days a week will she be home this early)
homework duty
DD back to school for XC practice and to see her brother off
DS14 going to the Varsity away soccer game (he's off duty tonight but going to support the team)
DS9 to football practice 6-730
DS14 to call when he returns to town.. DD to pick him up for me if I'm not back
dinner
homework duty *quiz DS9 for reading/vocab test Friday*
find blank map for continents/oceans test next week for DS9
pack lunches
await call from DH as to when to leave and go pick him up (close to 11pm he thinks)

Thursday...I'm not working, Morgan has her (hopefully) last ortho appointment We may go to my sister's and hang at the pool after that. Depends on the weather.

I was up early, figures, on a day she's sleeping in. Ah, that's my life.

Very sleepy today...stayed up too late watching The Lovely Bones. My plan was to watch half last night, and half tonight but I could not stop watching it...and of course I dreamed about it last night.

I just thought it was a good thing that DS22 said he loves his mama... That could have gone in a different direction very easily Just goes to show, you never know who you are talking to...

Someone posted on pixiedust32's tie dye thread that there was one being worn in one of the scenes (not by the cast probably an extra is my guess)... I want to go see that movie.....but I don't know when DS9's football game is this weekend..he told me this morning he thinks it's our out of town game (next town over)..but of course its the next town the WRONG direction from where DD has her HS cross country meet!!!!! (probably be at the same darn time too)
