I just picked up the last of my Thanksgiving food at the grocery today, so I am all set. I will chop the onion and celery for the stuffing tomorrow and stick them in the freezer. That way they won’t go bad or get moldy before the holiday. I have a fridge in the basement as well as one in the kitchen, and they are both very full right now.
