Hi! So I homeschool my daughter through a public virtual school here in Mass. I'm wondering if anyone homeschools and what you're doing for the summer? Any particular curriculums?

We usually take some part if summer off.
This year, my high schooler would like to work ahead in math and does my middle schooler. We shall see if that holds.

You might consider unit studies on a topic of interest to your homeschooler.

When I homeschooled, we did school year round. Then we took long breaks for Christmas and Spring Break. It is too hot to do much in the Summer around here anyway.

This summer, we're going to continue with light math and grammar. I feel like we have to relearn so much after 3 months off. The difficult part of this, however, will be finding time for my 15-year-old to do his, as he works about 50-55 hours a week in the summer.
