The Garden View Tearoom at the Grand Floridian is one of my favorite Mother/Daughter things to do on property. They don't open until 2 pm, though, which is something to take note of.

The Grand Floridian Cafe is also good. The breakfast there is fantastic, not sure how late it is served though. Very pretty, victorian-inspired atmosphere.
