Spring into May Exercise Challenge

Well just a couple of days until May and we should start the monthly challege. I have not been too good the last couple of months but I have about 6 weeks until the weight loss challenge ends so I really have to get moving.

I would love to participate, but I have no idea what would be a good number of minutes for me to start with. Is there a way to figure it out?
 




I really want to make my goal this month - 900 minutes.


I guess I should try to do at least 30 mins per day of exercise. That's how I figure it up for the month.

How many minutes a day do you want to work out and how many days a week? Let's say you want to workout 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. That's 150 minutes. Multiply that by how many weeks in the month. Which I believe is 5 this month. So 150 minutes X 5 weeks= 750 minutes.

I just made my April goal - with an extra 4 minutes :thumbsup2
So I will up my goal for May for 600 minutes. Some of you are so impressive with your goals.

Thank-you so much for hosting this month. I only did 500 and made it over by 100 so let make this months goal 600 Maybe it will motivated me to get moving more and maybe I can up it 100 minutes a month yeah right lol
