I haven't. In fact, I just got off the phone with Deanna booking my trip for Nov 2014. She has been really great to work with. Give her a try.
We worked with Lynne to book the cruise portion of our vacation several weeks ago. She said she would be in touch about booking the DisneyWorld portion once the new rates came out. I emailed her on Wednesday but still haven't heard back from her (not even an email to say she's busy). Not sure if I should book on my own or keep waiting. Or contact another agent?
Small World Vacations (and Dreams Unlimited) Travel Agents specialize in Disney travel. There's no cost to the traveler, but there's the convenience factor. Sure, I could make my own reservations... if I'm sure I'm going to be at the computer or have time to stay on the phone right when the reservation lines open. It's SO much easier to book it yourself! That way if you have any changes or just making reservations, you can do it. If you need help with deciding on a resort just ask the boards.
I've been working with Carrie Johnson at SWV. She is very, very nice and also very responsive...she answers emails promptly, provides not only complete answers but the explanation behind it so you get all the info...she's fantastic. She even gives me time on the phone to talk and can answer any question I've put to her, even about resorts, dining, etc. Very knowledgeable, prompt and sweet.
