Shouldn't 2018 F&W dates have been announced by now?

Hi all,

SOOOOO excited we just booked a fall trip. Had to act fast to get the timeshare week. We booked Nov.3 - 10th with the hopes that the F&W Festival would still be going. Cannot find dates for this year anywhere. Wondering why they haven't been announced yet? But thinking we should be safe?

Would expect you would be safe, but close to the end of it. We booked mid October again. The weather was cooler in November, but the crowds seemed larger 2 years ago when we were there the last week of it. In 2017 it was August 31-November 13, can't imagine they would shorten it any and I don't think they can extend into November as that would interfere with Epcot International Festival of the Holidays Would expect the dates to be announced in the next month or 2.

We are also waiting to hear. We booked the end of August into the beginning of September in the hopes that it begins as early as last year.

It usually lasts through Veteran's Day. Second Monday of the month.

Subscribe to the 2017 sticky thread. When 2018 is announced this thread will be closed and the new one opened

In 2016, the dates for the Food & Wine Festival were announced on 2/17/16. Disney threw a curve ball for 2017, announcing the dates right after the festival ended in November 2016.

As Pumbaa_ and others have mentioned, subscribe to the 2017 F&W festival sticky thread. As soon as WDW announces the dates for 2018, I'll close down that thread with a link to the thread for 2018.
