SEPTEMBER Exercise Challenge

I didn't see one up yet, so I thought I would start it. For those not in the know, here's how it works: post up how much exercise you are committed to doing for the month of September (can be minutes, miles whatever). Then post your progress as you go. I will keep track of everyones progress here on the first post. Milestones will be as follows:

10% blue
25% green
50% purple
75% orange
90% red
100% silver
Over 100% gold

I am in for 1350. I already have in 75 minutes for today so I am at 75/1350. :)
 
Ok everyone is on the list up to this point. Just an FYI, I will be away from the 12th-16th visiting WDW, so I will do my best to update before I leave and as soon as I get back.

I'd like to hop in this month if nobody minds.

I did pretty well last month with 460 minutes of exercise even though I didn't join the challenge. Its not bad considering my crazy schedule.

But I'm gonna step it up this month and add some DVD workouts. :thumbsup2

So put me down for, lets say, 800 minutes please. :)


I made WISH my homepage so its the first thing I see when I log online so that I can remind myself to get busy if I hadn't already and to post my minutes if I did do something. :) I know I can do this.
