Sci-fi dinner question

Hi all!
Getting ready for our trip and wanted to know if you can order a burger for dinner even if it's not on the menu?

I thought I remembered seeing something about this in someone's dining review.

Sci Fi now has the same menu all day long and it does have burgers on it.
