We had a family member that was allowed to rebook for next year. Originally scheduled for November.

This unfortunately just happened to us Monday. You can take a full refund or a future cruise credit. We chose a credit and received a letter confirming that.

Oof. Sorry this happened to you.
Could you share the new FCC expiration?
We are sailing soon with FCC from 2020 that may be used through September 2022. If we don’t go on our current sailing, our schedules will not allow a different sailing date before the current expiration. Curious if it would be extended for denial of boarding. And hoping it is a non-issue.

Does anyone know how they handle a refund if the credit card you used to book the trip is long gone? We booked in early 2019 and I have since cancelled that old card for a more favorable one.

Could you get a full refund for everyone even if one person in your party tested positive and the rest were negative?

Yes, anyone denied boarding is refunded. If 1 person in your "travel party" tests positive, the whole party is denied boarding.

What if you have 2 linked reservations?
If the two parties stayed together, say the night before, and arrive together (same transportation) then both reservations would be denied, if even one person tests positive.

If the two parties just meet up at the port, arriving via separate transportation, only the reservation with the positive person will denied boarding.

There should be if someone tests positive and you have to cancel. Or is concierge only be offered a credit in that situation?
The DCL website states that in that case a credit or refund will be issued without cancellation penalties, which should include concierge cancellation penalties.
