Royal Pacific Surprise Upgrade

Just returned from an awesome anniversary trip to Universal without the kids. Spent the first night at Aventura and Saturday morning woke up and left our luggage at Royal Pacific as we waited on our 2 queen room, we booked with AP for 3 nights, to get ready. After being in the park for less than an hour, I received a call from an unknown Orlando number. It was Royal Pacific asking if we minded a complimentary upgrade to the presidential suite for our anniversary! Unbelievable is all I can say. The shower had 10 shower heads! As we were checking out the bellman stated this was Michael Jackson’s room whenever he came. Enclosed are some pics.

We were never out of that huge shower when we had that suite.....biggest shower I`ve ever seen!

Glad you had such a lovely trip and such a lovely surprise.

1. We loved Aventura. Rooftop Bar was pretty cool. We were able to see fireworks from Magic Kingdom and Contemporary in the distance. 1st time ever using buses at Universal and was pleasantly surprised. Did have to Uber to get to Bice because of bad weather.
2. I hesitated to pickup but seeing it was an Orlando number made me think it may be related to hotel. We were in line and 2 minutes from getting on Spider Man.
4. Our first trip was July 4th last year and upgraded to annual passes for the whole family then, we went again in February. Both of our other stays were at Portofino. We loved the ability to walk to the parks from Royal Pacific. We only used the boats once and we usually made two trips to the park per day.
I really believe we got the upgrade for two reasons. One, we had a great interaction with the young lady checking us in. And completed every survey we could complimenting her. My wife and I walked away talking about how awesome she was. (Pays to be nice!) Two, the room was available and the hotel was mostly booked.
