Renting a Camper near Ft Wilderness

Is there a way to rent a camper nearby, have it towed to Ft Wilderness and set up, and then removed after the vacation is over? I have friends who do this in the Myrtle Beach area and it works for them well.

Yes, there are a few Camper rental companies that do this at the fort. The only Disney approved vendor is Meachams RV rental. They also will rent you a golf cart. Meachams can work directly with the Fort and have your camper and golf cart delivered on your arrival day. Almost all of the time the Camper will be there and all set up before you arrive. When you leave the Fort they come pick up the Camper and golf cart and you are all done. They are a great company and since they are a Disney approved vendor will give you great service. We used Meachams April 2022 for our daughter and their family to stay beside our site at The Fort. Also rented a golf cart for them through Meachams. Meachams delivered both, set them up and came after their departure to take away. The carts are much cheaper than Disney's prices. A great company and person to work through and will do again unless we decide to switch it up and stay at another Disney resort.
