We arrive in Miami Dec 23rd after the EBPC crossing. Originally I had booked a Hertz reservation, however I've had some difficulties with Hertz, and after checking online, have found a significantly cheaper rate with National at Collins Ave. A flat rate taxi from the Port is $24, which still presents a HUGE savings - but, how likely is it that cabs will be available? Or should I just call one when we go through security?
