Question- booking a Disney visa promo

If I book with my Disney visa now, and a visa promo is added later, will I have to do another payment to add the promo? I know last time I booked with a gift card, then when free dining was added, I had to make another payment with my Disney visa to add the promo. But if you book with it to begin with, do you have to make another payment? This is all speculation anyways, last year when free dining was announced, it went direct to GP, and who knows, maybe it won't even be offered. But I was just wondering.
