Purchase refillable mugs at pool?

Can I purchase a mug at pool snack bar? I know you can refill there but was sure about purchasing.

They use to be available there,

They are available at Meadows Trading Post which is right there at the pool.

They were available at the pool snack bar over the summer. I only know this because I was stuck in line behind some guy who was buying 12. He was trying to pay by magic band but didn’t have a card on file to allow charging and was very confused as to why he had to have a card on file. He didn’t have any other form of payment with him and got a little upset when the CM told him to get with the front desk.
