Hey! Sorry I now see it soaring at $925 for that night! But I swear it was $178 because it also had the text ‘book another room at your same rate!’Can you do a screenshot? AKL is showing me $359 visible on that date (12/10-12/11) - that’s a fantastic deal!
It will be our first time staying there (previous Wilderness Lodge and Poly). Any recommendations are appreciated! Standard room. Our boy is 4.Congrats... that’s an amazing deal! We got it as well for $207 on PL; however, 99% sure it was $188 on PL Express. I chickened out bc we REALLY wanted AKL and didn’t want to take a chance on it. Have a magical vacation! Looks like u’re already off to a fantastic start!
HiWhat dates are you looking?
I'm using the trick someone mentioned earlier in the thread to get additional hotels to show- where you select one, then go back to the original page....and poof...Hello! Can you tell me in what area you are looking? I’m not seeing anything in bonnet creek for $166 for 12/11-12/12.
Awesome deal!Again I reiterate- absolute best thread ever- I just booked AKL for $166 a night for December 11th- I was also able to get a 10% code by registering on the Priceline site- I am so beyond stoked!!! I had thought about waiting a little while to see if a mod or value became available for a good price, but I was scared that I would lose AKL....and I knew I would be kicking myself for that!!! I wish I had found this thread before I booked our accomodations for the rest of the week! Thank you again so much to everyone on this thread!!
I think it depends. Are you planning to use magical express? If so, everyone needs to be on the reservation. Disney also charges for additional adults in the room, so you may run into problems there as well.So now I need advice for the next step- I've linked my reservation, and I went in order the magic bands- well, we are 3 adults- should I attempt to get the 3rd adult added to the reservation, or just roll with the 2 and buy a magic band for the 3rd? just wondering what y'all would recommend...
Agreed! And if you were going to buy a band, the $15 savings would help offset the deluxe extra adult fee of $35.I think it depends. Are you planning to use magical express? Personally, just to be square, I'd call Disney wholesale department to have the third person added.
I use my laptop browser so that I can use the Hotel Canary plugin to try and ensure it's a Disney hotel on Priceline. I've done it twice and both times got a Disney hotel like I thought I would - Sports for $60/night and Coronado Springs for $98/night. Sometimes after I make sure what it is on my laptop, I use the app to book it because they sent me a 10% off coupon for the app. What does everyone use to search for deals? And have found success?
Priceline app?
Web page on your phone?
Computer?
Agreed, call Disney wholesale dept. I did this myself yesterday to add our son on and it was a breeze. The nice agent on the phone actually then took care of our Magical Express booking, as well! Yes agreed pay the extra if they charge you for the third adult. Will be worth it being able to make reservations/fp+ as a group now.Agreed! And if you were going to buy a band, the $15 savings would help offset the deluxe extra adult fee of $35.
Great deal and what a magical time to visit.Hey guys, I just wanted to report back. I booked dec 23rd to dec 27th via Priceline, 3.5 star, $118 a night and got Coronado Springs. FYI in case anyone is reading this in the future and needs this data point. I crossed referenced on the deals app and kept being told it was Caribean Beach. I used a coupon code to get the extra savings. I’m happy with the price I paid, thanks guys for this thread, I saved 50% ish over rack rate, and several hundreds over my AP holiday rates.
Looks like Swan is popping up for $99 dates 1/19-1/21Haven't seen a disney resort on there in a while.
