port set up and car services drop off questions

we have a car service taking from our hotel in Barcelona to the port to catch our cruise

does anyone know where car companies drop you off at the port--

we had a car service in London take us to the port and the driver just dropped us off where some people were checking in with luggage it was sort of a dock sort of set up--

this was with RC and really wernt any people around to ask where you even go in--we just sort of followed a group of people

this time Id like to be alittle more prepared so if any one knows where car services drops you off or how this port works

I dont know why but for some reason this trip seemed harder to pull together then any others
