If I bank my 90 points shown here, when is the latest date I could use them before I loose them?

The last day of your 2020 use year.

If you want a specific date, we would need to know your use year (month). The jpg doesn't give us that.

For example, if you have a September use year, your banked 2019 points would expire at the end of your 2020 use year, which is August 31, 2021, so that is the last night that could be paid for with the banked 2019 points.

2019 points with a Dec UY will expire Nov 30, 2020. If you bank them, you have until Nov 30, 2021 to use them. They need to be banked by July 31, 2020, and can not be banked again, nor can they be 'recalled' into 2019 UY points.
