Planing advice for my brtother

My brother and his girlfriend are coming in for a family wedding this fall and on the way back to Australia they are going to stop by Disneyland for a few days. It's a couple days before Thanksgiving how crowded are the parks and what tips should I give him.I haven't been there since 2011.
