Planet Hollywood Reservations?

when we were there last month we called WDWDining to get a PS for that day - they said they couldn't do it and to call directly - PH said they didn't take reservations. WDWDining did tell us to go to our hotel front desk (AKL) and we got a card. Showed them a card at PH and we were seated in about 10 minutes! I actually love the chicken fingers - and thats what I had for my meal - for free!

I have one of the "referral cards" from a trip that we took over 3 years ago. I still have it in my wallet and it looks just like the one above except mine is stamped "Planet Hollywood Superstore" and someone signed it. I can't remember if they gave it to me when I purchased shirts or if the hostess gave it to me. I never seem to have it on me when I need it!
