Phantom Manor reopen date, ideas?

We've talked about a DLP trip for years, and this August looks like it might actually happen! However, I can't find a date for when Phantom Manor will reopen. Any ideas? That's a must-see for us, so I'm wondering if we should plan on August or push back for another year?

Anyone know what they're doing with the refub? With it being down for 3/4 of a year they could literally tear the whole thing down and rebuild it from scratch!
