Park réservations

I know wdw no longer need park reservation
does Disneyland still need them ?

also does Oct 3-7 a good time to visit ? Busy ?
i did visit maybe 6 years ago but it was before the park reservations ..LL …

No October is probably the worst time…super busy as Halloween is now more popular than Christmas.

Yes, Disneyland does still need reservations.

October is extremely crowded so pack your patience and plan well.

Yes you need reservations. October is one of the busiest times now. I won't go in October anymore.

We went during those days in 2021 and it was the worst Disney trip (either WDW or DLR ) we have had due to crowds-- and we have been to WDW the week between Christmas and New Years. However, Genie + had not yet started so there was no fast pass at all which made it miserable--- maybe it would be more manageable if you use Genie +. If you could go in September, I would do that instead.
