I would say communication skills

I have no idea. I haven't a resume since I graduated from College in 1979. Changed jobs in 1989 and 2005 and never was asked for one. But in both cases I took jobs with competitors who could see my skills on TV.

I don't have a resume, but I am bad at talking to people I don't know and technology.
