I had the same situation and chatted with a very helpful CM via the MDE app yesterday evening. He did some stuff on his end and then had me refresh MDE and the problem was fixed. It now shows my online check-in as complete.I have done the online check-in on the Disney MDE app and online in my MDE account but both are still showing to start online check-in . Is this how it’s supposed to be or am I doing something wrong with the online check-in process ?
