Ohana & Peanut Allergies

Hello!

Ohana is one place we always avoided due to peanut allergies in the family. We were watching some recent Ohana dinner reviews and none made mention of the peanut sauces.....Are these now gone since Ohana reopened? If so, it would be a restaurant we would love to try! Or are they still a menu fixture? Thanks!

Here is the current menu and it is not listed. Hopefully someone who has recently dined. there will either confirm or crush your hooes
hope you can experience Ohana!

Have a severe peanut allergy in our house (epipen, etc) and we have also steered clear of Ohana. I was told long ago that they keep it separate, but we were still too nervous, especially with the age of the allergic child.

We’ve been to Ohana with our now 13 year old many times (her nut allergies are in the 60-70 range). If your kids can handle made in facility, then you should be ok. We went in Nov and the meats that are brought to your table are cold by the time you take a few bites. We would keep the peanut sauce on the side and have several purell wipes on hand to sanitize our hands if we shared anything. Now the peanut sauce is replaced with an overly salty BBQ teriyaki sauce.

I always carry the AuviQ injector and Benadryl (Dr. Kids has single dose antihistamine vials) with me. We ordered an allergy free cake from Erin McKenna (they do use coconut; some flour might have gluten per TripAdvisor reviews).
