Walt Disney World has just updated theme park hours for October. You may want to check your vacation dates to see what has changed. It appears that closing times for the Magic Kingdom on days that a Halloween party is not scheduled have been extended to either 11:00 PM or midnight. Closing times for Animal Kingdom have been extended by 1 to 2 hours on some nights. Appears that it's going to be another busy October!

New features added to the Chase Lounge at this year's Epcot Food and Wine Festival

Chase today announced that the Chase Lounge at the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival will include new features for its fourth year at the festival.

Located on the third floor of the American Adventure Pavilion within World Showcase, the Chase Lounge is open daily during the Festival from 11am to park close, exclusively for Chase debit and credit cardmembers.

The Lounge features complimentary amenities, including non-alcoholic refreshments and a charging station. Enhancements to the Lounge for 2015 include a dedicated Festival Information desk, social media photo booth, and a station where guests can email recipes from the festival. In addition, periodically throughout the festival, the lounge will host animation sketch classes and caricature artists.

“Cardmembers have told us that the Chase Lounge is a welcome retreat on their journey through the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival,” said B.J. Mahoney, general manager, Chase Card Services. “In celebration of the 20th celebration of the festival, we are delighted to bring these new experiences to the lounge to add to their enjoyment.”

In addition to lounge access, Disney Visa Cardmembers can purchase tickets to three exclusive dining events: Brews, Breakfast and More, September 28, 2015; The Making of the Party for the Senses, October 27, 2015; and The Creation of the Food and Wine Festival Marketplaces, November 9, 2015. I'm just wondering, is the Chase lounge only for Disney Visa cardholders or is it for any Chase cards? I do have a Disney visa, but I don't carry it with me all the time, if it is for Disney visa cardholders only, I will make sure to put it in my wallet so we can go to the lounge.
