Walt Disney World is bringing Grad Nite to an end after this year.

Disney made the announcement Wednesday.

Grad Nite lets high school seniors enjoy the Magic Kingdom during late-night hours in April and May, often with big-name entertainment.

Disney said it's become a challenge to schedule Grad Nite during one of its busier times of the year at the theme parks.

Disney said it would offer special deals for school groups that wished to visit Walt Disney World to celebrate graduation. The company offers a $55 one-day, one-park ticket year-round for school groups.

Grad Nite at Disneyland in California will continue after this year, the company said.
