No availability for brunch at Homecoming

We wanted to meet friends at Disney Springs for brunch. How is it possible that Art Smith's has no availability for brunch for the entire month of June? Is it worth trying to call the restaurant directly?

It's because ADRs are available to reserve 60+ days out (the plus I believe is up to plus 10 days after you check into your hotel).
Availability does open up 24 hours before because of people cancelling (if you cancel prior to midnight the night before you are not charged a cancellation fee).
So I would definitely keep checking even the day before.

Call them. I think they changed the % recently but last time I was there they told me they only give Disney 30% of the reservations.

I’m in the same boat and stalking for June 12. Have Wine Bar George as backup.

They hold back lots of their availability for walk-ups.

We always walk up, and the wait is never bad (20 minutes at most, I think).

Stalking this reservation is more difficult because the people we are meeting are not Disney folks, and aren't familiar with the need to plan a month in advance and/or need to jump on a ressie when it pops up.
This is an important meet up because we are meeting DS's Gf's parents for the first time. So rather than making it a stressful event, I may just grab Wine Bar George, where we have enjoyed brunch (Pre-pandemic) I just really wanted to try brunch by Art Smith.
