Need recommendations on what style electric scooter

Need to book an electric scooter for an upcoming trip to WDW. It's for a family member. Can anyone help with the different variations? Is a heavy duty with extended range the best option or would a base model work?

We plan on using Walker or Apple rental just didn't realize there were so many options.

A lot depends on your loved one: What size they are (petite vs. tall, skinny vs Pooh-sized) The best thing to do is to contact both of the companies you are interested in. Describe your loved one, and why they will be using a scooter. They are VERY experienced, and can typically recommend the proper scooter for them to use.

Renting a certain scooter is dependent on your weight and how long you plan on being in the park on a day.

If you are heavier and plan 10 or more hours in the park then a two battery scooter would be your best bet like the Pride Victory scooter. Of course this scooter is heavier.

Comfort is another factor. The previous poster eluded to this factor. The more heavy duty scooters offer more leg room and a more comfortable seat.

As the others said, height and weight are the main factors in which ECV is best. The rental company can help you with that. In thinking of weight, be sure to include the weight of items the person plans to carry with them.
There are 3 wheel and 4 wheel models in different sizes to choose from.

4 wheeled models are more stable from tipping and some people may feel more secure or safer driving one. They tend to have more foot room because the front is wider.
3 wheeled models are more maneuverable and can turn more sharply. They may feel less stable. Because the front only had one wheel, there tends to be less foot room.
