Correction for Friday Dec 29,,,not last working day for some of us,,,,. Still working the sat and sunday.
But for the rest of you,,,,enjoy and have a Wonderful New Year.

Oh sorry. Guess that day should be removed from the National Day Calendar list since as you said not everyone works Monday to Friday. My nephews girlfriend works in retail and is working that day.

I am retired so don't have to worry about working days.
You have a Happy New Year too and hope it isn't a busy time.

Its all good,,,all part of the job. Think about all those in health care and emergency services they are all putting in time as well. Both a plus and minus.
Was able to go home to an empty house and have a beer and good sleep and did not have to go to inlaws.

So the day is incorrect for this day that I refuse to celebrate. Some calendars have it shown as first Saturday, some are 3rd or last Saturday but most show this day on Jan 3.

Today is National Hot Tea day and since it is cold and maybe snowy later I think it is a good time to have a nice cuppa tea today. I had thought of getting out a nice fancy tea cup out to use, then thought a nice mug would be better.
Tonight for dinner I am going to try to make curried chicken and I have ordered glazed donuts from a local bakeshop. Too many days to celebrate today.
