Any insight on when the remaining Mixology Seminars (during F&W) will be posted? Since the schedule came out, our week in November remains a TBA. We'd love to book one during our week---but this is an area where I want to choose vs. chance it.

There's no way of knowing because it will depend on when a presenter is signed. You will just have to keep checking to see when they fill the spot. There is also a F&W sticky at the top of the Restaurants page where info is posted as it is announced.
