More WDW DVC resorts 5 years from now?

Now I want to know what they mean. BIG THINGS - What?

Given the pricing on the OKW extension, I'd say "big things" = big prices

Jim Lewis has been the head of DVC for about 4 years now. Recently he was elevated from VP to president, but he has been the top dog at DVC for some time.

In the next 5 years, I think we will see the following:

• Kidani gets finished
• GCV gets announced
• CRV is announced either as a DVC or part DVC resort
• Hawaii

I think tthat GCV will be the test for Hawaii and other future non theme park located resorts. I do think that Hawaii would be more popular than VB and HH. Who would make Hawaii their home resort though? That might be a tough sell.

GCV will be the first DVC resort at Disneyland.
It will be only 50 or so units.
It will be the first DVC on the west coast.

That's an awfully easy test to pass, don't you think?
