Let's move like Roz is watching....always watching!

Pick a goal of total minutes for the month and post it below. It can be anything you want. From 10 minutes to 2,000 and beyond. For May, 30 minutes a day is 930 minutes. Then continue to post throughout the month including what you've been up to for your exercise minutes along with your total so far for the month. I'll continue to update this post with everyone's progress.

When you achieve:

10% of your goal, your color will change to Sulley Blue
25% will bump you up to Ominous Orange (but really, it's a good thing)
at 50%, we'll celebrate by turning you Celia Purple
at 75%, you will become Boo Pink
In keeping with tradition, you be Roz Red at 90% (cuz you're on fire!)
and you'll be Mike Wazowski Green upon achieving your goal.

I'm in for 1000 minutes.

Our local rec center is sponsoring a triathlon-in-a-month challenge (do the triathlon events over the course of the month) and 112 miles biking, 26.2 miles running, and 2.4 miles swimming should be good for some time!
 
I haven't done great at making my goal the past few months. But I am hoping to change that in May! Kids and I have another 5K on Saturday so that should help some too.

Put me down for 1000 min this month please. Not sure I'll make goal but the higher the goal the more I push myself, it seems!
 
Hi all! I'm going for quality not quantity again this month. I'll be running at least 2.5 to 3+ miles three days a week as part of my C25K plan which takes me about 45 minutes each including my warm up and cool down walks. I'm almost to week 5 of my plan!!! I have a 5k on 5/23 to train for :) So that puts me at 585 minutes this month.
I'm keeping track of my runs on my Wish Journal if anyone wants to tag along :)
 
I only made just over 50% on my March and April goals (of 20 min/day), so I think I'm going to go for 15 min/day this time - an improvement on where I've been, but maybe more achievable, so I will be closer to my goal and more motivated.

So please put me down for 465 minutes.
