It's currently listed on the online dinner menu. No guarantee that it will be available after the official MM start time.

Pecos Bill has a bunch of GF items available....even Pinocchios has a bunch of GF pizza...at least according to the online menus. Only Casey's doesn't have an allergy menu online.
