Sorry for asking so many questions our 60 days window is coming up so wanting all my ideas in mind.

Can someone please explain what the difference is between them?
Which is the one where you have a seat?
For those have done them do you feel it was worth it?

You have three options:

1) Treats & Seats is where you will be assigned a table (with chairs) and enjoy your desserts and the fireworks show from your table. It is in the Tomorrowland Terrace lowest level overlooking the hub.

2) Pre-Party is where you will enjoy your desserts and be seated in the upper level of Tomorrowland Terrace. After a set time you will be escorted to the Hub Garden designated for viewing. There is no seating. It is offered as "standing" viewing and when we have done it they made everyone stand.

3) Post-Party is where you will go the the Hub Garden first to watch the fireworks (again standing viewing). Afterwards you will retreat to the Tomorrowland Terrace upper level to have your dessert buffet.

To us, it's worth it. The crowds for the MK fireworks shows are too intense for us and it is the only way we will stay to see the fireworks. We prefer the parties that have the garden view as the view is better than the seated option. When our DS was younger, we would do the pre-party. We now book the post-party so we can enjoy the desserts on the terrace as the hordes of people attempt to make their way down Main St.

Definitely worth it for the guaranteed spot out of the madness of the hub, but only in the garden viewing area imo, unless you desperately need to sit. The seated one costs more money for an objectively worse view of the projections, which imo is the whole reason to book a party in the first place: a guaranteed quality spot to see the projections up close.

Timing is much more subjective imo. I did my first party before they offered the pre/post versions, but having done a pre-party after that, I would do post. You get to grab a spot in the garden first and are eating while the hordes are leaving the park after fireworks.

Hey everyone!

so, tomorrow big day for dessert parties! I desperately want to book one for stay in April but I’m a bit worried on how to book…
some months ago I was trying to look for avaibility on the old dessert parties for enchantement but I was not able to understand on how to book online…
should I go directly into the page of the party? Or should I use the booking page? I try to click on the enchanting extras and, after clicking into dessert parties it sends me back to the booking page (the one with the Disneyworld map etc).
sorry if the question is silly but I really don’t want to miss the chance tomorrow…
thank you!

I plan on going to the main Disneyworld page and putting ”Happily Ever After Dessert party” in the search bar. This will bring me to a list where I will click on the party I want. Right now it says Magic Kingdom dessert party, and has choices of pre, post and sweets and seats. Don’t choose the choices that say 50th. From there, you will put in date and party size To see availability and book.

I favorite each "party" in my bookmarks and a reminder that you can search a range of dates. Once you select # of people and your date range it will pull up availability for any/all dates available.

The treats and seats is the sit down and the pre- party or post party where you sit on a grassy area marked off.
