I'm at 860/1200 Let's keep moving. The end of the month is coming fast.
 
Today was another 30 min. That brings me up to... 430/500. I just have until Friday to make goal since after that I'm out of the country. Perhaps I should do the 3 mile WATP tomorrow instead of the 2 mile. Hmm.
 
Today 7 min abs, 20 min stairs, 25 min TM, 53 min weights = 1557/1500 :thumbsup2 :cheer2:

As of the 20th, I'm at 467/750. Spent alot of time walking from Wilderness Lodge to Fort Winderness on the bike trail.

40 minutes walking this morning, then 60 minutes running/walking this evening. Puts me at 930/1200. Cutting it close, but I think I can make it!

Due to my injury I haven't been able to do much. I will count 60 minutes a day for my trip to Disney. That puts me at 300/500. I probably won't make it this month. Hopefully I'll be able to kick it back into gear in June!

Yesterday I did 30 minutes of weights and 35 minutes jogging on the treadmill.

1140/1500
 
I did 45 minutes WATP this morning which brings me up to 475/500. So long as I make it to Curves tomorrow I'll make my goal!
 
Wednesday, May 24: 45 minutes on the treadmill

Thursday, May 25: 45 minutes on the treadmill, 15 minute doggy walk.

So that puts me at: 600/800

Yikes, 200 minutes in six days! :scared:
 
Today 7 min abs, 66 min WATP 5 mile & 10 min waist work. Now at 1640/1500
 
I skipped yesterday, but today I did 35 min. on the treadmill and then the 60-minute WATP 4-mile. That puts me at 1230/1000.
