I just wanted to thank Maria from Guest Services. I had e-mailed a problem to Disney and asked for help in a couple of areas for my upcoming Feb. trip. I received a call from Maria that told me what to do and what Disney has done to help me with my problems. She called me back 2 more times to make other suggestions ( I didn't know that you could call ahead when you have ps's and tell them your dietary restrictions and they will try to accommodate you.) and then to make sure I understood that I needed to make one of the calls 10 days before. She was so nice and pleasant. It made my day.
