I don't see a sign up yet, so I'll do it(if anyone else wants to instead, feel free to jump right in - won't hurt my feelings a bit!) Spring is just around the corner and I'm feeling a bit rounded like an Easter Egg, so I really need to keep up on these challenges! I'm going to TRY for 100 more minutes this month!
I'm rather pathetic at needing to SEE my progress(since I can't see it on my body), so I'll track by percentage completed.

10% - Yellow Green

February was a short month, so does it still sound legit that I'm upping my minutes by 160 this month? :) I'm only pledging to work out Monday-Friday right now, so I don't get burned out and start to dread exercising before it's become a habit in my life. Anyway, I'm upping my minutes by 10 a day and being realistic since I know we'll have spring break vacation in the middle of the month. I made my goal for the first time in February, and this challenge helped so much with that effort.

I'm in for 760 minutes this month.

Thanks Julie for hosting this month. Put me down for 1000 minutes. The first two weeks are crazy with ds's school play but after that the weather starts to get warmer and it will be great to walk outside again.
 
Please add me for 2000 mins for March - I do 5 exercise classes (Yoga, Pilates, Strength, Cardio, Instructors Choice) every week and walk the treadmill 30mins/day

Im going to WDW in April and need to hold myself accountable or I wont drop those 5lbs I gained over the holidays (yes Im still trying to loose them!)

Thanks Julie for hosting. I'm upping my minutes as well. I finished Feb with 965, and I am going to go for an ambitious 1200 minutes in March. Good luck everyone.

Hey Lauren, You just did all you have to do. You don't NEED to put anything in your siggy, but for many of us, it is a way to stay accountable. (Nothink like putting and tracking your goals on the internet for the whole world to see.) There is a clippie in the very first post of this thread that you can copy and paste in your siggy if you want. Many of usdo that and then just update the #s every few days -- or even daily. That is up to you. Then you post your progress on this thread and the 1st post is updated periodically to reflecdt that progress.

I'm pretty close to maintence, so I'll pledge the same amount as last month, 950 minutes. I'll just have to keep reminding myself of how it helps my blood pressure and cholesterol.
 
Please count me in - I will try yet again for 1200 minutes! I have only made this target once in the last 3 months, but I have been oh so close!!!;)

Okay I'm IN!!! Put me down for 1100 for March, gives me 200 more than Feb...this Month will be busier than Feb so will be tougher to get it all in!!! I think I can... I think I can...:cheer2:
