MagicMobile not adding to Apple Wallet

I’ve been trying for a week now to add MagicMobile to my Apple Wallet (12 Pro Max with iOS 15.0.1 and wife’s 13 Pro Max with iOS 15.0.1)and we get to the “Add to Apple Wallet”, we get a momentary working icon and then nothing.

Anyone else having MagicMobile issues?

I'm having problems too with iPhone13 Pro and iOS15. It hangs up when trying to add to Wallet. Must be a bug with the new iOS15?

I have a PC, so just iOS app as my option to add MagicMobile to Apple Wallet

Very possible. We'll see if Disney IT response to my support request or not.

FIXED: Make sure that your phone and watch (if adding to watch too) are updated to newest iOS. Then close the MDE app. Then shut down your phone completely. After phone shuts down, then restart the phone. Then try MDE wallet.

I think restarting the phone reset something to the new software.

I had to add a passcode to my phone to make it work. Never used one before.
