Have you checked any of there DVC rental sites? There's lots out there!

The first two weeks of December have been booked up for DVC points reservations for many months now. So a rental broker would be your best chance to find what you want - they may have cancellations and other pre-booked reservations available.

Go to the DVC section and check the DVC Rent/Trade board. DVC owners post available points there.

As CarolynFH said, you are about 7 months too late for a DVC timeshare rental. But it's a good idea to spend some time on that section of the boards to learn how that works.

On the downside, since you posted, you may be contacted by scammers who claim to be super fortunate to offer you a deal by InstantMessage. Please ignore them and be cautious.

Your only hope is a confirmed reservation because that time period is extremely popular with DVC members. There's pretty much nothing available at this point.

You cannot request points to rent on any DIS board. All you can do is respond to an owner's offer to rent points on the Rent/Trade Board on the DVC Boards. That is a way to save potential renters from being scammed by unscrupulous people who will post a private message to you, offer you points and they leave you with nothing and take your money. Do not respond to any private message offering you a reservation or points to rent. Notify a moderator if that happens to you.
