Bonjour Kids!! How was your week? 
Well, I have to admit is was a pretty tough one here at the Saturday Night Chat Institute Of Wine, Pizza, and Television Studies.
Oh sure, your humble chat hosts still spent every waking hour doing our best to research, invent, and test new concepts that will keep Saturdays on the cutting edge of chat technology. . . it's just that the thrill of scientific discovery loses a little something when the lab is still a '67 Dodge Dart, and you are forced to exist on Egg McMuffins and What-a-Burgers. .

Yes, I'm afraid that despite the best efforts of Bald Knob Construction and Moon-shining Inc, we still are at least a week away from completion of our new facility. Not only are they still having trouble keeping the men on the job and away from the local hooch, but there were some pretty violent storms in the area this week, and unfortunately one of their best workers was washed away in a tragic flash flood/outhouse incident. . . 
The details are still sketchy, but we are still hopeful he'll come ashore some place like Vicksburg and be back on the job this week. . . 
But either way, it looks like we'll be working under less than pristine conditions for at least another week. . .
Not that you'll ever hear us complain though. . . because you see, we have a little motto here at the Dodge that helps keep things in perspective: "WARNING! Live Electric Wires!! Touching Them Will Result In Instant Death!! All Violators Will Be Prosecuted." . . . 
Any-hoo, Marla did make it back from from Chicago without getting lost, and if she can pull off the same feat twice in a row and find her way back from the Columbus Zoo today, we will both be there tonight as Disney After Dark will be heading to Epcot and the lovely country of France, where we'll be eating, drinking, and being treated badly by snotty waiters in the wonderful Chef's de France!!!
That's right kids, set along a lovely recreation of a Paris alleyway, Chefs de France is truly one of the finer, more elegant restaurants in the World. . . We'll dine on Soupe a l'oignon gratinee; Salade de blanc de volaille, sauce curry; Supreme de volaille saute aux champignons sauvages sur une pomme puree au basilic ; (and other stuff we can't pronounce or afford) in a romantic, sophisticated setting. . . while small children in mouse ears are screamed at by their parents for flinging artichoke hearts at their siblings. . . 
Oh, and of course our meal will be accompanied by the traditional French beverage, beer. . .
So come on by and join the fun!! As always, the food, drink and fun are on the house, and everyone is invited. . . so fire up your computer, and join your chat hosts Marla and WillyJ. this Saturday night in the Main Chat Lobby at 9PM EST. It's a lot of fun, and a great opportunity to hang out with your fellow DIS'ers and get to know each other better in a relaxed, informal Atmosphere. As always, general Disney or Universal questions are encouraged and appreciated, and there will be a room full of Orlando veterans there to help you out. . .
