On my trip to WDW last month I enjoyed lunch at Chefs...I also ordered a glass of wine, which I rarely do. It was a Pinot Blanc, and I believe it was suggested with the cod fish entree.
They didn't carry it at the wine shop in the French paviliion area. I can't remember the name of the vinyard and I'd to see if I can find the wine locally. I checked Deb Will's site, and she doesn't have the actual pairing listed. Does anyone know either the name of the wine, or where I may find the pairings listed? Or maybe I should just email guest services?
