Laughlin ?

Hello. Dh, dd10 and I are thinking about going to Laughin in Nov.
We wre thinking of staying in Colorado Belle. I think dd might think its cool. We dont gamble so this is more of family time together and to get outta the house. Dh and I stayed there years ago and we thought it was ok. We didnt stay in the room so no big deal.

1. what room should we book boat room or tower room. I cant find anything on the room. Theres also a standard room so we figure to go for the boart /tower room for the same room price. Anyone know what the difference s are?


2. Whats the pool like?

3. Whats the arcade like?

4. Where are some good place to eat

-lunch
-dinner
-snacks
-best BBQ food
?????

5. anything else we can do in laughlin?

Dh and I went like 9 years ago and we drank, gambled a lil and walked the path along the water. This time we will have our 10 year old dd

We have stayed at Colorado Belle many times. The pool is a standard rectangle if I remember correctly. Arcade is rather small. As far as things to do you could go to Oatman, which is a fun little gold rush type town complete with a shootout. You can also drive to Lake Havasu and see the London Bridge. Neither of these are actually in Laughlin.

We like the buffet at Harrah's, and the arcade there is pretty big too. There's a reasonably priced movie theater in the Riverside Casino. The snack bar in the Pioneer Casino is known for large portions. The Tropicana Express Hotel has a real steam engine circling the property. Caveat: haven't been to Laughlin in 4+ years, so a lot could have changed. E.g. the Tropicana was the Ramada last time we were in Laughlin.

The hotel started by Don Laughlin ( forget the name? ) has a bowling alley and kid arcade - we spent time there last time.

Don't forget the water activities - you can rent a wave runner for an hour or 2 that will fit 2 of you anyway.
And there is a Disney Outlet in the local outlet mall. I went there with my son while my DH gambled. We wound out spending about the same amount of $$ - but I had stuff to show for it!
